1. Who is responsible for your data

The Real Estate Minion website is operated by HJM Bonenkamp T.h.o.d.n. Interhouse Aankoopmakelaars.

  • KVK number: 20164404
  • VAT/BTW number: NL001701260B86
  • Email: devastgoedspecialisten@gmail.com
  • Phone: 06 22660328

Dirk-Jan Bonenkamp is the main public person connected to this website. The website provides English-language Dutch home-buying guidance, a checklist request route and a buyer consultation request route.

2. Personal data we collect

The buyer consultation/checklist form may ask for request type, name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number where relevant, buying stage, preferred city or area, optional message text, consent confirmation, and page source or UTM fields where available.

The form should not be used to send BSN, identity documents, passport copies, payslips, bank statements, full mortgage files or other unnecessary sensitive documents.

The website may also process technical data such as IP address, browser data, device data, server logs, security logs, anti-spam or CAPTCHA signals, and basic information needed for website operation.

3. How we collect data

We collect data when you submit the Tally form, contact us by email or phone, reply to follow-up communication, or continue a buying, valuation, mortgage, notary or adviser-related conversation after the first request.

If documents are needed after you submit a request, we will ask for them during direct follow-up. Do not upload or send them through the first website form.

4. Why we use personal data

We use personal data to respond to buyer consultation requests, send or follow up on checklist requests, understand the buying stage and question behind the request, communicate by email, phone or WhatsApp where relevant, keep records, protect the website from misuse, comply with duties where relevant, and improve website operation.

The website does not sell personal data.

5. Legal grounds

Depending on the situation, personal data may be processed because it is needed before entering into an agreement, needed to perform an agreement, required by law, based on a legitimate interest, or based on consent.

Examples of legitimate interests include responding to direct requests, handling normal business communication, keeping request records, protecting the website from misuse, and understanding whether website content works for visitors.

6. Tools and service providers

The website may involve Tally for the form, WordPress and hosting providers for website operation, email and phone tools for follow-up, anti-spam or CAPTCHA tools, security tools, and search-visibility tools.

These providers may process personal data only where needed for website operation, form handling, communication, security, administration, search visibility or follow-up.

7. Sharing personal data

Personal data is shared only where needed for the request, follow-up, administration, legal duty, technical operation, or agreed communication route.

Depending on the request, relevant data may be shared with or processed by website, form, hosting, communication, bookkeeping, mortgage, valuation, buying, legal, tax, notarial or technical service providers where necessary.

We do not sell personal data.

8. Email, phone and sensitive information

Email, phone and WhatsApp can be practical for first follow-up, but they are not secure document portals. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. If you are unsure whether a document should be sent, ask first.

9. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the request, follow-up, administration, legal or tax duties, complaint handling, dispute handling, security, or evidence purposes.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No online communication method is completely risk-free, so visitors should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data.

11. Your privacy rights

Under the GDPR/AVG, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

To use these rights, contact devastgoedspecialisten@gmail.com. We may ask for information needed to identify you and handle the request properly.

12. Complaints

If you have a privacy question or complaint, contact us first at devastgoedspecialisten@gmail.com.

You may also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, if you believe your personal data has not been handled correctly.

13. Cookies

The Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies may be used on this website.

14. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, form, tools, service providers, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
